There seems to be an unacknowledged but known problem with Windows 7 on laptops (complexities of multiple adapters?). I've ran into this several times now with various laptops running Windows 7. The only things that are running across my mind are IPv6, and I've been having issues with the CA on my 2008R2 DC. We did have another computer do something that seemed similar, but my co worker imaged it without doing much troubleshooting. We haven't had this happen with anything else, and there is nothing in the logs or on the computer that would appear to have caused this.

Time is good, DNS and IP settings are all correct, and pre-creating the object didn't have any effect. try pre-creating the computer object in the domain, and then attempt to rejoin the workstation.ДЄre there any other workstations that've had similar issues, and is there anything that might've changed on this workstations recently that could've blown it up? check in AD Sites and Services, just to make sure all your sites have the correct ip subnets/DC's assigned to them. verify that an 'ipconfig /renew' gets it the correct subnet mask/gateway/dns servers, ect. check that workstation's in timesync with the domain control
